It will help to improve the circulation of blood. Stand up slowly after lying down or sitting. Be sure that you are steady before walking. If you’re unsteady on your feet, use a walking stick, wear knee cap, lumbar belt, rubber sole shoes to minimize the risk of fall and strains on your knees and lower back. To boost your balance, stand on alternate foot for about 30 seconds, atleast, 03 times twice in a day, by holding the back of chair.
