It is all based on our perception and mindset. Happiness is something which comes from within. Until and unless we feel it from within we can enjoy happiness. We need to be satisfied to be happy. External sources might give momentary happiness but it is not long lasting. Nothing can make us happy if we don’t want to.

When you are unhappy, no matter how merry is your surroundings, you will not be able to enjoy it. There is very common belief that Happiness is followed by Unhappiness and that we should not let it go to our head. That’s why many people don’t even seek happiness. But that’s the law of nature. Life is transient in nature and nothing is permanent.

We should not spoil our today in the worry of tomorrow. The thing is we need to get used to nature and accept it the way it always has been. We should not spoil the happiness in the worry of that it will not be there in the future. Happy people accept things the way they are and try to improve it. They don’t get carried away by circumstances.

Nothing can give you happiness, if you don’t have a positive attitude. A rich man can be unhappy and a beggar can be happy. It is all about mindset. It is about appreciating the things which we have. Of course we should thrive hard for achieving things. But no success and amount of money can provide happiness, if one is not happy from within.

Happiness is a state of mind. We should always keep our environment as happy as it can be. Everyone deserves to be happy. One should not worry about future that they cannot even enjoy their present. Things are going to change that’s a fact but that doesn’t mean that we just keep pondering about it.
