11 Indians Doing Well Abroad

Well a lot of Indian do well abroad. But only a few reach the level these guys have. These guys have carved a niche for themselves in whichever field they went in. And are now making us proud.
Here is a list of 11 people who are doing really in a foreign land. It’s not an exhaustive list though. There are many-many more.

  1. Indra Nooyi
    This IIMC alumni is the present Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo. She is considered one of the World’s 100 most powerful women.

    An Indian steel magnet, based in London. He is the chairman and CEO of Arcelor Mittal. Presently he is the 82nd richest man in the world.

  3. Amartya Sen
    An Indian economist and philosopher, he was awarded Nobel Prize for economics in 1998, and Bharat Ratna in 1999. He is presently a professor at Harvard University.

  4. Salman Rushdie
    He is a British Indian novelist and essayist. His 2nd novel won the Booker Prize in 1981. Most of his fiction is based on the Indian subcontinent.
